Doug is the Executive Director of Growth Dynamics International (GDI). GDI serves leaders and organizations in the non-profit, government, business, education, family, technology, and arts sectors. 

Doug specializes in executive coaching and organizational transitions, and has resourced executives and organizations in dozens of countries on five continents. He is passionate about helping leaders run the race with excellence, bear lasting fruit, and finish well.  He is a trusted advisor and executive coach to an array of national and international leaders.  He has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, grounded in his 30+ years of experience forming and leading a wide array of enterprises.  He is a popular conference speaker, a seasoned mentor, and an avid photographer. 

Charlene Fike

Charlene is a relentless entrepreneur, creative problem-solver, and trend spotter. She is a popular conference speaker but prefers the intimacy of seminars, life coaching, and interactive workshops. She's a carefully attuned listener who loves helping unleash others to live fully.  

Charlene is a gourmet cook, avid reader, and adventurous traveling companion.  She holds a B.A. in Social Work and accomplished her goal of launching four businesses before turning 40.  Charlene continues to work on business development and mentoring emerging marketplace leaders.  She is passionate about networking artisans and creating marketing platforms which empower disadvantaged women across cultures.

Together, the Fikes have launched half a dozen successful businesses in sales & marketing, real estate, and the hospitality industry.

The best part of this season of life for them is enjoying deepening friendships with their two adult children and daughter-in-law.  They travel widely, and love challenging others to discover their unique design and live radically creative lives.
